Gallery Terra Tokyo is pleased to announce to have a solo exhibition of Akiyoshi Kojima. He is trying to explore the possibility of painting by combining concrete and abstract motif and pursuing an element that constitute the painting self. “Abstract or concrete. I attempt to find if it is possible that the painting could configure the abstract by using the concrete form. Inspired by the art book of Renaissance and Pompeii, I am using them as an element and also trying to complete them.”-Kojima
