Opened in 1995 in Ginza, Tokyo. Gallery of Atsuko Koyanagi ーas she has organized Sagacho Exhibit Space (1983-2002) and major domestic art fairs, one of the leaders of contemporary art community in Japan. Current gallery space was relocated in 2005, and designed by Hiroshi Sugimoto, who has been working with Koyanagi since 1980’s. In the spacious gallery, the viewers will enjoy the works of internationally renowned artists, for example, Sophie Calle, Olafur Eliasson, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Rei Naito, and Tabaimo.
