The Higashikawa Prize, found in 1985 organized by the "Phototown" of Higashikawa, Hokkaidō, announced the 27th award winners; Overseas Photographer Award - Peter Drressler (Lives in Wien, Austria), Domestic Photographer Award - Yuki Onodera (Lives in Paris, France), and others. The exhibition of the award winners are held at Higashikawa Bunka Gallery by September 5.
