In the cultural facilities around Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery, an annual art event for summer vacation, called "Arts shower 2011" is held from Friday, July 22 - Saturday, August 6.

There are a number of events including concerts, exhibitions, kids programs are scheduled in low price or free entrance.
