3331 Arts Chiyoda decided to open the place to Tohoku Earthquake Charity Art Action groups on April 2 and 3. On the two days, a number of charity events are held including "Heart Mark❤Viewing" workshop faciliated by 3331 Arts Chiyoda's commission artist Hibino Katsuhiko, designed to give encouragement to those in the affected areas.
