This is an exhibition to be recommended for the time when hesitating about personal matters or being tired with a trifling matter in daily life. Then, I want you to release yourself from the situation at Gallery-58 which is located quietly in the street behind a lively main street of business complex buildings. This exhibition reminds us of the posture to halt once and try to look around oneself. It is acceptable even by oneself, or with someone whom you have something to speak. You might then be able to speak with the person obediently. There are eight oil paintings and two photographic prints, which motif is the scenery of main road and seem blurred perhaps because of the raining or dizziness. These are based on the artist’s experience at the time of contact lenses were blurred; " I wanted to draw the blurring vision itself ". The idea is interesting. The mysterious paradox experienced in the act of seeing what is actually not clear-visible", brings us a happiness to appreciate these works in the gallery. In a word, is not this hazy scenery the one seen unclear but ”a hazy scenery" firmly seen? The idea of what you are seeing or have seen so far might change if returning to daily life as doing such consideration after visiting to this exhibition.
