Galerie Tokyo Humanite is pleased to present KAWASHIMA Kiyoshi's solo exhibition entitled Drawings Volume II. Included in this exhibition are new drawings on panel and a large drawing on sheet produced in 2009. Kawashima is known for his sculptures composed of massive materials including steel, lead, wood, and plaster. In 1986-88, he lived in New York with the grant from the Asian Cultural Council and participated P.S.1 Project.
