NAKAIGAWA Yuki ”Uneven Arrangement” 2015 Ceramic 197×123×72(h)cm photo by Sadamu Saito

Galerie Tokyo Humanité is pleased to announce a two person exhibition by ceramic artists INOUE Masayuki (b. 1957) and NAKAIGAWA Yuki (b. 1960). They have been living and working together for about 30 years; however, this is their first two person exhibition ever since they started their career as artists. They both use the technique to build up a large artwork by assembling small pieces of ceramic.
Inoue' new works are about 2m high and they are hung on gallery walls. Nakaigawa piles up ceramic pieces with rounded shapes to form a work 2.3m wide.
