A group exhibition of work

which has the “power” to overwhelm“POCORART” comes from the words “Place of ‘Core + Relation Art’”. This reflects the “mutual interaction between people withdisabilities × people without disabilities × artists” which is at thecore of the POCORART concept.

In the “POCORART National Award 2011” held in January 2011, five works were selected by curators and visitors from the 256 works which appeared in theexhibition. The work in this exhibition is by the winning artists.

Please take this opportunity to experience for yourself the workof these artists overflowing with feeling, such as the world, expressed though various media, which “sparked” into the mind of Hiromi Seo, or the diary of Tomohiro Nishiyama in which, as if communicating with some ancient civilization, solitary acts are recorded through illustrations and self-imposed rules.
