With touch of oil pigments I have expressed variety of girls standing against the background of flower patterns which always come in first place to start with. Gradually, the background colors have been transformed into human figures in a silhouette. I love this process, and in such a method my work stands by itself. Also, in the stage which I transfer sketches to whatever the object is, the result comes in simple line drawings only. I want that part to be a real work of mine.

The title of "Map" or "Chizu" in Japanese is composed of the two words:"Chi" is "background" and "Zu" is "figure". "Chi" can be seen as "Zu", and it might be vice versa, or even "Zu" entirely conquers "Chi".
