Isso has taken a long time for working while lives together with his models in few months or few years. As often as he felt alteration of a model’s mentality, for example gladness, sadness and etc, then he popped a shutter. He gathered up the distance between models through a process like a documentary, and he printed out them relation to a photograph. So we can feel model’s private and a mysterious atmosphere from his photographs.

“My photos are probably mirror of myself or the other self of me. Understanding my models is equal to

understand myself, moreover saves myself. This shooting was the necessities for me.”
