Artist's statement
My theme of the invisible has two meanings, such as "invisible as invisible" and "visible though invisible." This exhibition consists of the latter theme. "Visible though invisible" is rather nearer to the "unperceivable" than the "invisible."
The audience experiences that which is visible though perceivably invisible by facing the visibility of reflection on water and mirrors. In this exhibition, I would like to search for the whereabouts of visibility, and present the incredulity of human perception.
