A bouquet, a Ferris wheel, a pearl necklace and a scene of a wedding ceremony, you will see the scenes of the series from the first date to getting married like a Chinderella story. However, the story doesn't go straight on at all.

The pieces in her world don't relate to each other such as a drama.Although we tend to determine the significance on a picture, Kido's artworks tell us we do not have to understand it; just feel it.

The theme of this exhibition is "the exchange of the soul". Kido draws the scene passing by in front of her with her love and sadness as if she makes a proof or traces which tells us "she was there". In other words, she draws to enlighten each moment that never comes back.

"I do not try to find a motif to draw something. Since I am living in love, I am filled with to cut off something I met there or the scene around there and form them into my picture."

"People start to live towards death from one comes into this world. It is in the moment in the universe. I am not sure whether I am in the transmigration of souls but I would like to form out from what my soul met with on the earth by the power of my soul."

The way home back, the time in the jolting trains and a signboard in front of a station; although they are familiar sight, they are never same thing at all.But time goes by. Kido picks them up with all her heart and mind and strength. The ordinary scene is given life by the power of her painting and the faded scene is revived brightly. Actually her eyes are catching them.

We can share the world which is heartrending and beautiful with life force she caught. "It may be strange but it is natural for me to express the moment by means of sound." As she says so, the title in this exhibition is named by musical tones.we are looking forward that you can feel this exhibition like music comes into the body, like an electric sparks at the moment of the encounter. You may believe the destiny.
