Noriko Obara was born in1968, graduated Joshibi University Of Art And Design and Tama Art University, Graduate Program, and continues to work of installation whit black light in the domestic and over sea.
She progresses the installation of chrysalis at the elementary school for Niigata Water and Land Art Festival, and completes the works of cicada shell.
