This installation consists of drawings of landscapes by Shikine Watanabe. He sees the city that we have created and the nature that surrounds us as a ‘body’. The ‘body’ circulates various things within itself and also passes various things to and from the environment. The exhibition space becomes a breathing body. Watanabe’s aim is to make it feel natural, and to make it a place where we can reconsider the phenomenon that we exist and the relationship between ourselves and the world around us with a fresh sense.
