Where does the sense of ‘beauty’ come from? Is it an individual experience of pleasure or displeasure that is obtained through the five senses? The objects and methods of what is called ‘art’ are constantly diffusing and multiplying, and the common principle of ‘art’ seems to be becoming harder to see. Nevertheless, I believe that we all share something fundamental and the most important part of what makes art an art. If we have that, we can have a rich dialogue with any other people.

In the ‘Common Sense’ exhibition series, three artists who dare to use different subjects and methods work closely together to create a single space in which visitors can experience the unique beauty of each artists resonates with each other.
