Takyu Mami draws out a mixture of living beings and phenomena which normally cannot exist together, in an abstract composition in which spaces are divided or coupled repeatedly and complicatedly. In this world of anarchy, the instincts or habits of animals, and the human civilization and manners and customs, both are equally moving energetically and often clash and mix together, and thus a fertile painting with brilliant colors and phantasmagoric brush work is generated.
