AISHO MIURA ARTS has presented Kubota’s unique paper works. These works are delicate composition of some parts of Japanese paper or Tracing paper both are singing by incense. Others, Kubota use many media or materials for giving expression to her thoughts, for example, oil painting, photograph and resin, ceramics, LED etc. Before this exhibition, Kubota joined in “TOKUSHIMA LED ART FESTIVAL 2010” (April 17 – April 25). In this festival, Kubota sold her tracing paper work’s copy and organic vegetables purchased from local farming man, he always sells his vegetables beside large shopping center, and this “shop” was named Night Vegetable Shop (Yoru no Yaoya-san). In this exhibition, we present installation Night Vegetable Shop, specially using original tracing paper works at the residence. Kubota said she want to know feedback from people familiar with Art because her action in Tokushima was happily accepted by people who are not familiar with contemporary art in daily life.
